Full Wedding Planning Package

This package is for the couple that want guidance from start to finish. It covers all the beautiful details that make a wedding completely yours.

The full wedding package includes:

• Initial consultation with the Bride and Groom, complimentary
• Unlimited phone and email availability
• Assistance in preparing the wedding budget
• Prepare timeline and checklists
• Assist with selection and booking ceremony and reception sites
• Assist with selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding
• Assist with selection of wedding attire and accessories, accompaniment to fittings if desired
• Provide a list of vendors
• Help with booking and negotiating of vendors
• Schedule appointments and accompany clients to vendor meetings
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner
• Ongoing updates with clients about vendors services/products
• Assist with choosing invitations
• Design invitations if requested
• Assistance with tracking RSVP's and who will be attending

• Assist with booking accommodations for out of town guests

• Ceremony planning
• Reception planning
• Prepare itineraries to be provided to vendors
• Walk-thru with clients at selected sites for the wedding
• Timelines prepared the month of the wedding
• Consultation with vendors the month of the wedding

This package is for the couple that already has the major details decided and need someone to help them complete it. It covers all the unfinished details that the couple needs assistance with and helps make their vision a reality.

The wedding planning package includes:

• Initial consultation with Bride and Groom, complimentary
• Schedule appointments and accompany clients to vendor meetings

• Coordinate with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner
• Ongoing updates with clients about vendors services/products
• Assist with choosing invitations
• Ceremony planning
• Reception planning
• Prepare itineraries to be provided to vendors
• Walk-thru with clients at selected sites for the wedding
• Timelines prepared the month of the wedding
• Consultation with vendors the month of the wedding

Rehearsal & Wedding Day Planning Package

We handle every detail on the wedding day and rehearsal so that the wedding party and family are relaxed and free to enjoy your special day.

The rehearsal & wedding day planning package includes:

Rehearsal

• Consultation with Bride and Groom to find out information about their wedding and determine how they wish the wedding to flow
• Preparation of a rehearsal and wedding day itinerary
• Attendance and direction of the rehearsal (coordinated with the officiant) up to two hours
• Final collection of wedding items at rehearsal that need to be set up on wedding day, such as candles, wedding favors, programs, etc

Rehearsal & Wedding Day Planning Package Cont.

Wedding day

• Check with vendors to confirm arrangements for the wedding day
• Attending, overseeing and directing the ceremony and reception
• Receive deliveries and great vendors
• Make sure reception and ceremony areas are set up as you have planned
• Assist with handing out wedding flowers, pinning corsages, boutonnières, etc.
• Provide wedding emergency kit
• Get wedding party in place to walk down the aisle. Make sure flowers are held correctly, timing is perfect, wedding dress trains are straight etc.
• Help photographer get the pictures you want, making sure family members are available and in place for the photographer
• Make sure reception area is set up as planned, candles lit, DJ on schedule, etc.
• Arrange grand entrance of Bride and Groom
• Handle any problems that come up with the caterer
• Make sure things run on schedule
• Coordinate the collection of gifts received at the wedding to a pre-arranged spot
• Make sure transportation is running on time
• Provide a stress free day for the Bride and Groom

Consultation Only Package

This is for the couple that has the details planned and just want a professional to look things over. The planner will make suggestions on timeline, theme and vendors. We will meet and go over and questions the couple may have.
